What to eat and avoid during pregnancy

Here are what you should eat when you are pregnant:
1. Heartburn
2. Diarrhea
3. Constipation
4. Morning Sickness

Things you should avoid during pregnancy:
1. Alcohol
2. Caffeine, maximum 300 mg per day
3. Saccharin is prohibited during pregnancy
4. Decrease 30% eating fat food
5.  Limit cholesterol to 300 mg/day
6. Eating shark, swordfish or king mackerel is discouraged
7. Avoid eating raw fish
8. Soft cheeses
